August 10, 2023 Interim MD&A (2Q2023) - A world leading global automotive OEM has engaged Exro in a collaboration to explore the latest advancements in power electronics technology to deliver higher continuous power and torque output compared to conventional systems.
- The Parties will work together to design a proof-of-concept Coil Driver plus motor system that would specifically fit into a defined electric machine housing.
- The Parties anticipate completion of the proof-of-concept Coil Driver plus optimized motor design system by the end of Q4 2023, followed by delivery of functional prototypes to the OEM by the end of Q4 2024.
- Expected to enter a period of testing, including performance, durability, and reliability while determining next steps.
- Signing the agreement does not constitute any exclusivity to either of the Parties.

November 9, 2023 Interim MD&A (3Q2023) - We are very pleased to report that Exro was notified today that the project has been approved to progress to the next phase.
- Together with our NDA partner, we have completed a rigorous simulation phase to design a Heavy Rare Earth/Rare Earth (HRE/RE) free optimized motor and Coil Driver inverter system.
- We will now ramp up preparations for the second phase of the project which will consist of the passenger vehicle prototype development for delivery and testing together with our OEM partner in 2024.
